FOLIG will contact organizations to help initiate this new project. A maximum benefit is derived when children are exposed to early reading in order to activate the learning process. This will make parents aware of their important role in exposing their children to books and reading. Local libraries should develop a plan to encourage parents and children to visit their library. Friends' would solicit local co-sponsorship of the program. Business sponsors would be given the opportunity to have their names listed in local materials and should be publicly acknowledged. Public utility organizations like State Insurance Company, Telecommunication companies, banks, children stores, toy stores, newspapers, television stations, diaper services, hospital auxiliary groups, convenience stores, and radio stations would be encouraged to support the book for children programme.
